Grassroots, BIPOC + Womxn founded in the Inland Empire of Southern California.

Curious Publishing is Non-Profit 501(c)3 Organization, and is 100% artist owned and operated since 2017. We tell the stories of artists of all practices who reside throughout San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and the High Desert Communities through one of a kind, small-run artbooks designed and printed in Southern California. We aim to celebrate the rich diaspora of Inland Empire, Womxn, BIPOC and Queer Artists first and foremost.

Read CURIOUS Magazine Empathy issues free online!

We believe arts and culture should be accessible to all people. We are pleased to offer you select issues of CURIOUS Magazine to view at no cost online hosted by ISSUU. CURIOUS Magazine features artwork, interviews, and articles of creatives residing throughout Greater Southern California and beyond. We strive to feature underrepresented artists whose stories often get lost in the algorithm.

Support Our Work

Although these issues are offered digitally, our focus is primarily on archiving creative voices through the practice of print. To sustain our self-publishing model, we ask that you spread the word about the work that we do, or donate to us directly via our fiscal sponsor, The Arts Area. All issues of CURIOUS are available for purchase in print while supplies last in our online shop.
